Background

Otis Jennings is a visiting scholar in the Sloan School of Management and the Operations Research Center, who most recently taught at the Stanford University School of Business. He earned a BSE in civil engineering/operations research from Princeton University. He holds an MS in operations research and a PhD in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Interests

In his work, Jennings analyzes large-scale service systems and also explores highly utilized multi-product processing networks with and without switch-over delays; health care facility operations and public policy; and applied probability and queueing theory. He has received an Intel Graduate Fellowship, the Georgia Tech President’s Fellowship, the Bell Laboratories Cooperative Research Fellowship and the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship.
